Canned frogs legs with Garlic & Pepper. (Gratiam Prik Thai Dam)
Our frog meat is from special farmed frogs in the north-east of Thailand. The meat is prepared by qualified chef and fried in a wok over high heat with garlic and pepper before being transferred to a can and pasteurized.
Frog meat is a white meat with high nutritional value. It has ten essential amino acids for the human being. It is almost fat free, without cholesterol and with a very high digestibility. Due to these excellent nutritional qualities, frog meat is often recommended in several therapy diets.
